The Egyptian Agricultural Organization (EAO), is the national registry of Egypt, the main purpose of EAO (El-Zahraa Stud) has always been the promotion and  preservation of the pure Egyptian Arabians.

The responsibilities of EAO include :

Registration of Egyptian Arabians, imported and exported Arabians; Also, parent verification and keeping records of all Arabian horses at El-Zahraa and private studs.

Other responsibilities include supervising private stud farms, issuing certificates of pedigree, identification, exportation and importation.

Also, issuing Egypt's official studbook, 10 volumes have been published, and organizing the national Show and International Championship held at El-Zahraa stud.

EAO has been doing a lot to maintain the purity of Egyptian Arabians by allowing Egyptian breeders, all over Egypt, to breed their Arabian mares with our purebred stallions; Also by selling many colts and fillies born at El-Zahraa through public auctions.
